There is no doubt as to the need for an alternative to traditional forms of dispute resolution; Arbitration and Litigation...problems of time and cost and the adversarial nature of the process destroys relationship, value and reputations. Mediation enables parties in dispute to resume or sometimes to begin the process of negotiation that usually leads to meaningful resolution. Mediation is informal, private, voluntary, flexible and allows the parties to fully participate. It is facilitated by a neutral impartial professional mediator. who may have relevant subject matter expertise.
Robert Marcus is an CEDR Accredited Mediator. The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) has been in operation since 1990 and is recognised internationally as a standard of excellence. Robert provides mediation services through Berkeley Square Mediators (BSM); a newly formed CMC accredited chambers of Mediators.
