Our principal is Robert Marcus, who has for 20 years worked in house for IBM Legal in a number of roles. Prior to this Robert was a Litigation specialist at Clyde & Co and was articled at Macfarlanes.
We have together supported the legal, commercial and contractual complexities of some of the most substantial transformational and innovative IT solutions that have been implemented by forward thinking clients.
We have also had extensive experience in resolving disputes as and when IT projects fail to meet expectations. We offer an extensive range of dispute resolution services including mediation, as well as arbitration and litigation if appropriate in association with B J Macfarlane & Co
