- in the shortest possible time
- with particular emphasis on providing solutions
- avoid jargon
- added value to clients by properly understanding your business
- full disclosure on our charging
- calls received before 13.00 UK time - the same day
- calls received after 13.00 - before 12 o'clock the next UK day
- texts, emails and letters acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
- any communications marked 'urgent' acknowledged within 2 hours of receipt
- at least one mobile and/or home contact number
- at least one call from an independent researcher to monitor our performance, during which you will have an opportunity to give frank impressions of our services and express any concerns or complaints
This Service Level Commitment is not legally binding and does not affect you statutory rights or impinge on our complaints procedure, details of which will be provided on request.
